We want you to be fully satisfied with your official Wrexham AFC merchandise. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure items are in their original condition, unworn, with all tags attached. Please note that personalized shirts cannot be returned unless faulty.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging and include your completed returns form or a note with your order number and contact details.

• 3.
  Ship to the Club

  Send your parcel to the Wrexham AFC Club Shop using a tracked service. We recommend keeping your proof of postage until your refund is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
